சேவையாளர்களுக்கான பயிற்சி பட்டறை

மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் செயற்பட்டு வரும் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரி கடந்த 12 ஆண்டுகளாக இளைஞர்களுக்கான திறன் விருத்தி மற்றும் தொழில் முன்னேற்றப் பயிற்சிகளை தொடர்ந்து வழங்கி, சமூகத்திற்கு பாரிய சேவைகளைச் செய்து வருகிறது.

பயிலுனர்களுக்கான பல்வேறு பயிற்சிப்பட்டறைகள், வாழ்க்கைக்கு தேவையான வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் ஆகியவற்றை வழங்கி வரும் நிலையில், கல்லூரியின் வளவாளர்கள் மற்றும் விவேகானந்த குழுமத்தின் கிளை நிறுவனங்களில் பணிபுரியும் சேவையாளர்களின் வன் திறன் மற்றும் மென் திறன்களை அடையாளப்படுத்தி, மேலும் மேம்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் இரண்டு நாள் பயிற்சி செயலமர்வு ஒன்று ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது.

16.11.2025 முதல் 17.11.2025 வரை மட்டக்களப்பு மன்றேசா தியான இல்லத்தில் நடைபெற்ற இந்த செயலமர்வுக்கு விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்று பணிப்பாளர் க. பிரதீஸ்வரன் அவர்கள் தலைமையேற்றார்.

செயலமர்விற்கான முக்கிய வளவாளர்களாக மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட முறைசாரா கல்வி உதவி கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் அ.ஜெகநாதன் மற்றும் நிபுணத்துவ ஆலோசகர் இரா.கலைவேந்தன் ஆகியோர் கலந்து கொண்டு, விவேகானந்த குழுமத்தின் சேவையாளர்களுக்கு பல்வேறு திறன் மேம்பாட்டு பயிற்சிகளை வழங்கினர்.

இந்த செயலமர்வில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் புதுக்குடியிருப்பு கிளை, கொம்மாதுறை கிளை, மற்றும் அமிர்தா நிறுவனம் உள்ளிட்ட நிறுவனங்களின் சேவையாளர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு பயனடைந்தனர்.

Training workshop for Staffs of Vivekananda Family

The Vivekananda College of Technology, which has been continuously providing skill development and career advancement training for youth over the past 12 years, there by rendering significant service to society. While offering various training workshops and essential guidance for trainees, a two-day training program was organized with the aim of identifying and further enhancing the hard and soft skills of the college’s resource personnel and the staff working in the branch institutions under the Vivekananda Family.

Held from 16.11.2025 to 17.11.2025 at the Batticaloa Manresa Retreat House, the program was chaired by K.Pratheeswaran, Executive Director of Vivekananda College of Technology.

The main resource persons for the program were A.Jeganathan, Assistant Director of Non-Formal Education for the Batticaloa District, and R.Kalaivendan, a specialist consultant, who both conducted various skill-development training sessions for the staff of the Vivekananda Family.

Staff members from the Puthukudiyiruppu branch, the Kommathurai branch, and the Amirda Training hub of the Vivekananda Family participated in and benefitted from this program.
