Under the arrangement of Vivekananda College of Technology, Chenkalady branch, financial assistance of Vivekananda Community Foundation and with the facilitation of Kalkuda Zonal Education Department, a Guidance Seminar is being taking place for the G.C.E Ordinary Level students in 6 selected schools of Kalkuda Zone from 09.05.2023 to 12.05.2023. A well experienced resource panel is organized by Zonal Department to carry out the seminar for four important subjects like Maths, History, English and Science.
More than 800 students are participating from Valachenai Hindu College (140), Kiran Central College (105), Santhively Sithi Vinayagar Vidyalaya (55), Vantharumoolai Madhya Maha Vidyalaya (180), Vantharumoolai Vishnu Maha Vidyalaya (140), Chenkalady Central College (170), Chenkalady Vivekananda Vidyalaya (49), Kaluwankerny Vivekananda Vidyalaya (47), Murakkoddanchenai Ramakrishna Vidyalaya (40) and Thikiluwetta GTMS (20).
The inaugural event was held at BT/KK/Valachenai Hindu College on 09.05.2023. Mr.K. Pratheeswaran, Director, Vivekananda College of Technology, Mrs.Rismiya Bhanu, Deputy Zonal Director of Education, Kalkuda Zone and Mrs.V.Thanaraj, Vice Principal, BT/KK/Valachenai Hindu College attended the event.
The aim of organizing this educational seminar is to build our future society by making every student an academic excellence.Therefore, Vivekananda Community Foundation, which is functioning under the financial assistance of our diaspora relations, is carrying out such strengthening activities for the students empowerment.
