கரடியனாறு மனித நேயம் சமுதாயக் கல்லூரியில், இலக்குகளை நிர்ணயித்தல் செயலமர்வு

பின்தங்கிய மற்றும் தேவையுடைய பிரதேசங்களை மையப்படுத்தியதாக பல்வேறு செயற்பாடுகளை முன்னெடுத்து வரும் விவேகானந்த சமுதாய அறக்கட்டளையின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் ஒரு செயற்பாடாக, மனித நேய நம்பிக்கை நிதியத்தின் அனுசரணையில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகின்ற கரடியனாறு மனித நேயம் சமுதாயக் கல்லூரியில், இலக்குகளை நிர்ணயித்தல் எனும் தலைப்பில் இம்முறை சாதாரண தரப் பரீட்சையில் தோற்றி பரீட்சை முடிவுகளுக்காக காத்திருக்கும் இளைஞர் யுவதிகளுக்கான செயலமர்வு நடைபெற்றது.

அந்த வகையில் இளைஞர்களுக்கான வலுவூட்டல் செயற்பாடுகளின் மூலம் அவர்களது திறன்களை அடையாளப்படுத்துவது மற்றும் அவர்களுக்கான தொழில்சார் நுட்பங்களை விருத்தி செய்வது, மேலும் இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் அவர்களின் தொழில்சார் திறன்களின் மூலம் தங்களது குறிக்கோளை அடைவதற்கான வழிமுறைகள் பற்றிய தெளிவூட்டல்கள் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் பயிற்சி முகாமையாளர் திரு. சார்ள்ஸ் கிரேஷியன் அவர்களால் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

இன்றைய காலகட்டத்தில் தொழில்கல்வியின் அவசியம் பற்றியும், தற்போதைய மாணவர்கள் தமது உயர்கல்வியை தொடர்வதற்கு காணப்படும் வாய்ப்புகள் பற்றியும், வாழ்க்கைத்திறன் பயிற்சியின் முக்கியத்துவம் பற்றியும் ஆக்கபூர்வமான கருத்துக்கள் தெளிவுபடுத்தப்பட்டன.

Goal Setting Workshop at Karadiyanaru Manitha Neyam Community College

An event titled Goal Setting was organized for young men and women who have sat for the Ordinary Level examination and are awaiting their results. This program was conducted at the Karadiyanaru Manitha Neyam Community College, implemented with the sponsorship of the Manitha Neyam Trust, as part of the activities of the Vivekananda College of Technology, under the coordination of the Vivekananda Community Foundation, which carries out various initiatives focusing on underprivileged and needy areas.

Through youth empowerment activities, the program aimed to help participants identify their skills, develop vocational competencies, and provide guidance on how to achieve their goals through career-related abilities in today’s context. These insights were delivered by Mr. Charles Gracian, Training Manager of Vivekananda College of Technology.

Additionally, constructive ideas were shared on the importance of vocational education in the modern era, the opportunities available for students to pursue higher education, and the significance of life skills training.
