இளைஞர் யுவதிகளுக்கான தலைமைத்துவப் பயிற்சியை நிறைவு செய்தவர்களுக்கான சான்றிதழ் வழங்கும் நிகழ்வு

மனிதநேயம் நிதியத்தின் அனுசரணையுடன் முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்ட Youth Leadership Training Programme (YLTP) இளைஞர் தலைமைத்துவப் பயிற்சியை நிறைவு செய்த இளைஞர், யுவதிகளுக்கான சான்றிதழ் வழங்கும் நிகழ்வு மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட செயலகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது.

இந்நிகழ்வை வாழும் கலை அமைப்பு ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்த இந்த பயிற்சி நெறிக்கான நிதி அனுசரணையை மனிதநேயம் நம்பிக்கை நிதியம் வழங்கியதுடன் இதற்கான முழுமையான ஒத்துழைப்பை விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரி மற்றும் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட செயகம் வழங்கியிருந்தது.

நிர்மாண கைத்தொழில் அபிவிருத்தி அதிகார சபையின் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட தலைமை அதிகாரியும் வாழும் கலை அமைப்பின் நிகழ்ச்சி இணைப்பாளருமான திரு.கந்தவேல் அருள்நிதி அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற இந்நிகழ்வில் பிரதம அதிதிகளாக மேலதிக அரசாங்க அதிபர் திருமதி சுதர்சினி ஸ்ரீகாந்தன் மற்றும் உதவி மாவட்ட செயலாளர் திரு.குணநாயகம் பிரணவன் ஆகியோர் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

நிகழ்வில் மட்டக்களப்பு மேற்கு கல்வி வலயத்தின் பிரதிக் கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் திரு. புருசோத்தமன் திவிதரன், வாழும் கலை அமைப்பின் செயலாளர் திருமதி யசோதா சிவஞானசுந்தரம், திரு. கந்தவேல் அருள்நிதி நிர்மான கைத்தொழில் அபிவிருத்தி அதிகார சபையின் மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட தலைமை அதிகாரியும் வாழும் கலை அமைப்பின் நிகழ்ச்சி இணைப்பாளர், திருமதி சுபார்த்தினி உதயகாந்தன் உளவளத்துறை உதவியாளர் , விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் நிறைவேற்றுப் பணிப்பாளர் திரு. க. பிரதீஸ்வரன், அபிவிருத்தி உத்தியோகத்தர்கள் மற்றும் பயிற்சியை நிறைவு செய்த இளைஞர், யுவதிகள் உள்ளிட்டோர் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

பயிற்சியில் பங்கேற்ற இளைஞர், யுவதிகள் தமது அனுபவங்களைப் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டதுடன், பயிற்சியின் ஆரம்பத்தில் எதிர்கொண்ட சவால்கள் மற்றும் நிறைவில் தங்களிடையே ஏற்பட்ட மாற்றங்கள் குறித்தும் எடுத்துரைத்தனர். மேலும், பயிற்சியின் மூலம் பெற்ற அனுபவங்களையும் தலைமைத்துவத் திறன்களையும் தமது கிராமங்களிலுள்ள பாடசாலை மாணவர்களிடமும் கொண்டு செல்ல விருப்பம் தெரிவித்தனர்.

இதன்போது கருத்துத் தெரிவித்த மேலதிக அரசாங்க அதிபர் திருமதி சுதர்சினி ஸ்ரீகாந்தன், இளைஞர், யுவதிகளுக்கு மட்டுமன்றி அனைத்துத் தரப்பினருக்கும் இவ்வாறான பயிற்சிகள் அவசியமானவை எனக் குறிப்பிட்டார். மேலும், அரச அலுவலகப் பணியாளர்களுக்கும் இத்தகைய பயிற்சிகள் தேவைப்படுவதாகத் தெரிவித்தார்.

உதவி மாவட்ட செயலாளர் திரு. குணநாயகம் பிரணவன் கருத்துத் தெரிவிக்கையில், மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் இளைஞர், யுவதிகளிடையே காணப்படும் தற்கொலைச் சம்பவங்கள் பெரும் சவாலாக உள்ளதாகக் குறிப்பிட்டார். போதிய கல்வியறிவு இருந்தபோதிலும், உணர்ச்சிகளைக் கையாளும் திறன் இன்மை இத்தகைய நிலைமைகளுக்கு ஒரு காரணமாக அமையக்கூடும் எனத் தெரிவித்த அவர், இளைஞர்களுக்கான தலைமைத்துவப் பயிற்சிகளின் அவசியத்தையும் வலியுறுத்தினார். மேலும், எதிர்காலத்தில் மாவட்ட செயலகத்தின் முழுமையான ஒத்துழைப்புடன் இளைஞர்களை இத்திட்டத்தில் இணைப்பதற்கு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் எனவும் தெரிவித்தார்.

இதன்போது, பயிற்சியை நிறைவு செய்த இளைஞர், யுவதிகளுக்குச் சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.

Certificate Awarding Ceremony Held for Youth Leadership Training Programme (YLTP) Graduates in Batticaloa

A certificate awarding ceremony for the young men and women who successfully completed the Youth Leadership Training Programme (YLTP), conducted with the financial sponsorship of the Manithaneyam Trust, was held at the Batticaloa District Secretariat.

The training programme was organised by the Art of Living. The Manithaneyam Trust provided financial assistance for the programme, while the Vivekananda College of Technology and the Batticaloa District Secretariat extended their full cooperation towards its successful implementation.

The event was held under the leadership of Mr. Kandavel Arulnithi, Batticaloa District Chief Officer of the Construction Industry Development Authority and Programme Coordinator of the Art of Living Foundation. The Chief Guests were Additional Government Agent Mrs. Sudharshini Srikanthan and Assistant District Secretary Mr. Gunayanagam Pranavan.

Among those who attended the event were Mr. Purushothaman Thivitharan, Deputy Director of Education of the Batticaloa West Education Zone; Mrs. Yasotha Sivagnanasundaram, Secretary of the Art of Living Foundation; Mr. Kandavel Arulnithi, Batticaloa District Chief Officer of the Construction Industry Development Authority and Programme Coordinator of the Art of Living Foundation; Mrs. Subarthini Udayakanthan, Assistant Counsellor; Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, Executive Director of the Vivekananda College of Technology development officers and the young men and women who successfully completed the training programme.

During the event, the participants shared their experiences, highlighting the challenges they faced at the beginning of the training programme and the positive changes they experienced by the end of it. They also expressed their willingness to share the knowledge, experiences and leadership skills gained through the programme with school students in their respective villages.

Addressing the gathering, Additional Government Agent Mrs. Sudharshini Srikanthan emphasised that programmes of this nature are essential not only for young men and women but also for people from all walks of life. She further pointed out that similar training programmes would also be beneficial for government office employees.

In his remarks, Assistant District Secretary Mr. Gunayanagam Pranavan highlighted that suicide among young people in the Batticaloa District remains a major concern. He observed that despite having adequate educational qualifications, an inability to manage emotions could be one of the contributing factors to such situations. He therefore stressed the importance of leadership training programmes for young people.

He further assured that steps would be taken to involve more young people in this programme in the future, with the full support and cooperation of the District Secretariat.

At the conclusion of the event, certificates were awarded to the young men and women who successfully completed the Youth Leadership Training Programme (YLTP).
