Discussion about Starting a Community College

We visited Karadiyanaru BEDS Office to calculate the feasibilities to start the community college in Karadiyanaru.
There We had a discussion with presidents of ten villages in Karadiyanaru Division. The presidents submitted their details and discussed about the lack and possibilities to start the Community College.
