மெல்லக்கற்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கான வலுவூட்டல்

‘மாணவர்களின் மாற்றத்திற்கான வலுவூட்டல்’ எனும் தொனிப்பொருளில் எமது விவேகானந்த சமுதாய அறக்கட்டளையானது பாடசாலை மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்களுக்கான செயற்றிட்டங்களை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தி வருகின்றது. அதன் ஒரு செயற்பாடாக வவுணதீவு பிரதேச செயலகப்பிரிவிற்குட்பட்ட கரடியனாறு பிரதேசத்தில் தரம் 1 முதல் 5 வரை 217 மெல்லக்கற்கும் மாணவர்களை உள்ளடக்கியதாக செயற்பட்டு வரும் கரடியனாறு/இந்து வித்தியாலயத்தில் ஆசிரியர் பற்றாக்குறையின் நிமித்தம் உயர் கற்கையைத்தொடரும் மாணவி ஒருவரை நியமித்திருக்கின்றனர்.

பாடசாலையிலிருந்து கிடைக்கப்பெற்ற கோரிக்கைக்கமைவாக ஆசிரியருக்கான மாதாந்த கொடுப்பனவு மற்றும் கற்றல் உபகரணங்களை பெற்றுக்கொடுப்பதற்கு எமது அறக்கட்டளையின் நீண்டகால நன்கொடையாளரான அமெரிக்காவில் வசிக்கும் திரு.வாமதேவன் அமர்நீதி அவர்கள் முன்வந்ததைத் தொடர்ந்து இச்செயற்றிட்டத்திற்கான ஆரம்ப நிகழ்வு கரடியனாறு பாடசாலையில் நடைபெற்றது.

இச்செயற்பாட்டிற்காக பாடசாலையால் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டிருக்கும் மாணவி எமது அறக்கட்டளையினூடாக மாதாந்த ஊக்குவிப்புத்தொகையைப் பெற்று தமது உயர்தரத்தைப் பூர்த்தி செய்திருந்தமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்க விடயமாகும்.

இச்செயற்பாட்டை முன்னெடுப்பதற்கு எமது அறக்கட்டளையினூடாகத் தமது அனுசரணையை வழங்கிய திரு.வாமதேவன் அமர்நீதி அவர்கட்கு நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கின்றோம்.

கரடியனாறு பாடசாலையின் அதிபர் திரு.R.உதயச்சந்திரன் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற இந்நிகழ்வில், உதவிக்கல்விப் பணிப்பாளர் திரு.S.சத்திதாஸ் அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டதோடு விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல்க் கல்லூரியின் பயிற்சி முகாமையாளர் திரு.சார்ள்ஸ் கிரேஷியன், கல்லூரியின் நிகழ்ச்சித்திட்ட முகாமையாளர் திருமதி.கிந்துஜா கரிகரன் உள்ளிட்ட பாடசாலை மாணவர்களும் பெற்றோரும் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.

அவ்வாறே, இச்செயற்பாட்டை நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் பின்தங்கிய பிரதேசங்களைச் சேர்ந்த மெல்லக்கற்கும் மாணவர்களிடத்தில் விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்துவதோடு மாத்திரமின்றி அம்மாணவர்களை தனிப்பட்டரீதியில் அவர்களின் கல்வியிலும் முன்னேற்றத்தையும் மாற்றத்தையும் ஏற்படுத்த முடியும்.

Empowerment for Slow Learners

Under the theme “Student Empowerment for Transformation,” our Vivekananda Community Foundation has been implementing programmes for school and university students. As one such activity, due to a shortage of teachers at Karadiyanaru Hindu Vidyalayam, which operates with 217 slow-learning students from Grade 1 to 5 in the Karadiyanaru area under the Vavunatheevu Divisional Secretariat Division, a female student pursuing higher studies has been appointed.

In accordance with the request received from the school, and following the initiative of our Foundation’s long-term donor Mr. Vamadevan Amarneethi, who resides in the United States, to provide the monthly allowance for the teacher and learning materials, the inauguration event for this project was held at Karadiyanaru School.

It is noteworthy that the student selected by the school for this activity had completed her Advanced Level while receiving a monthly incentive allowance through our Foundation.

We express our gratitude to Mr. Vamadevan Amarneethi for extending his sponsorship through our Foundation to carry out this activity.

Through the implementation of this activity, not only will awareness be created among slow-learning students from underprivileged areas, but it will also be possible to bring about individual educational progress and transformation among those students.
