New academic year 2023 for school is going to be start on March 2023.

In that respect, many families are in a state of poverty in the midst of the current economic crisis in Sri Lanka, where they cannot afford to eat. In this situation, many families are unable to purchase learning aids (exercise books, bags, water bottle, pens, pencils and etc..) for their students.

Therefore, many people havecone forward to help our Vivekananda Community Foundation to purchase and provide learning aids for students every year ( it costs about 5000 LKR (15 USD) per student).

So far we have helped 80 children through our ongoing support from the well-wishers. We are planning to provide this assistance to 200 students this time.
