CareerFit & IT பாடநெறிக்கான மாணவர்களின் இறுதி அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தல் நிகழ்வு

எமது விவேகானந்த சமுதாய அறக்கட்டளையின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியினால் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகின்ற CareerFit & IT பாடநெறிக்கான மாணவர்களின் இறுதி அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தல் நிகழ்வு விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியில் நடைபெற்றது.

பாடசாலையை விட்டு இடைவிலகிய மாணவர்கள், இளைஞர் யுவதிகள், பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்கள் என அனைவருக்கும் அடிப்படை ஆங்கிலம் அடிப்படைக் கணினி வாழ்வியல் பயிற்சிகள் மற்றும் தொழில் வழிகாட்டல் உள்ளடங்கலாக 3 மாத காலசெயற்பாடாக முன்னெடுக்கப்படுகின்றCareerFit & IT பாடநெறி பயிலுனர்களின் இறுதி மதிப்பீடாக 22 பயிலுனர்கள் குழுக்களாகப் பிரிக்கப்பட்டு சக கல்வி நிலையங்களுக்கு கள விஜயம் மேற்கொண்டதோடு அங்கு நடைபெறும் பயிற்சி நெறிகள் மற்றும் ஏனைய விபரங்கள் தொடர்பாக அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தனர்.

நிறைவேற்றுப் பணிப்பாளர் திரு.க.பிரதீஸ்வரன் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்ற இந்நிகழ்வில் விவேகானந்த தொழில்நுட்பவியல் கல்லூரியின் சேவையாளர்களும் கலந்துகொண்டதோடு மாணவர்களின் அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தல் அவர்களின் களவிஜயம் தொடர்பான அனுபவப்பகிர்வு மற்றும் அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து அவர்களுக்கான பின்னூட்டல்களும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

பாடசாலை வாழ்க்கையைத் தொடர்ந்து வெளியுலகில் கால்பதிக்கும் மாணவர்களுக்கும் பாடசாலையை விட்டு இடைவிலகியிருந்தாலும் தொழில் ஒன்றைப் பெற்றுக்கொள்ள எத்தனிக்கும் இளைஞர் யுவதிகளுக்கும் CareerFit & IT பயிற்சிநெறியானது சிறந்த அடித்தளமாக அமைவதோடு மட்டுமன்றி களவிஜயங்கள் மூலம் மாணவர்களை குழுச்செயற்பாடுகளில் ஈடுபடுத்துவதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல் அவர்களின் சபைக்கூச்சம் மற்றும் முன்வந்து பேசும் திறனுக்கும் இப்பாடநெறி மற்றும் அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தல் வழிவகுக்கின்றமை குறிப்பிடத்தக்க விடயமாகும்.

அடிப்படைக் கணினி அறிவு கூட இல்லாதிருந்த நிலையில் இப்பயிற்சிநெறியின் மூலம் சுயமாக கணினி ஒன்றை கையாள்வது உட்பட ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் AI தொழில்நுட்பத்தை கற்றல் நடவடிக்கைகளில் இணைத்துக் கொள்வதும் இலகுவாக இருப்பதாக மாணவர்களின் பின்னூட்டல் அமைந்தது.

The final report submission event for the CareerFit & IT training programme

The final report submission event for the CareerFit & IT training programme, implemented by Vivekananda College of Technology under the coordination of the Vivekananda Community Foundation, was held at Vivekananda College of Technology.

The CareerFit & IT programme is conducted as a three-month training programme for school dropouts, young men and women, university students, and others. The programme covers basic English, basic computer skills, life skills training, and career guidance. As part of the final assessment of the programme, 22 trainees were divided into groups and undertook field visits to peer educational institutions. They subsequently submitted reports covering the training programmes conducted at those institutions and other relevant information.

The event was held under the leadership of Executive Director Mr. K. Pratheeswaran, with the participation of staff members of Vivekananda College of Technology. The trainees presented their reports, shared their experiences from the field visits, and received feedback following their presentations.

The CareerFit & IT training programme serves as an excellent foundation not only for students entering the wider world after completing their school education, but also for young men and women who, despite having left school, are striving to secure employment. In addition to engaging students in group activities through field visits, the programme and the report presentation process have also contributed to overcoming their hesitation to speak in public and developing their confidence and ability to speak proactively.

According to the feedback from the trainees, even those who had no basic computer knowledge prior to joining the programme found it easier, through this training, to independently operate a computer and to incorporate English and AI technology into their learning activities.
